They are between 10 and 20 years old. They come from different places and backgrounds, and don’t know each other. And yet, in 2020, they have all experienced the same “crisis”, that of “covid-19”, that of the suspension of time and landmarks, that of the shrinking of space, relationships and the world.
Filmed on location in schools and youth centers, 7 groups reflect, with their teacher or youth worker, on what is happening to them.
It’s a dialogue that weaves between them, a dialogue about their shattered lives and the strangeness of the present, but also, very quickly, about society as a whole. Social inequalities, political and police management, the media and information, citizenship, the relationship with oneself and others and, ultimately, the future are at the heart of their reflections. They invite us, in an almost imperative way, to question the world we propose to them and the way we accompany them in it.
